  • Co-Founder, Red Bird House

The Red Bird came to Sallie almost fifteen years ago on a walk in the Dominican Republic while attending a corporate women’s retreat.

Her Feng Shui Master friend explained the significance of this bird and so began Sallie’s journey from her head to her heart through the metaphor of the red bird.  Her life and passions have literally taken flight since that first red bird sighting!

Sallie’s thirty-year career in TV, film, spa, and wellness prepared her with a knowledge of marketing, management, operations, wellness travel and hospitality.  Along with a love of connecting people and creating community, Sallie synthesizes her work and purpose through her two companies, Mind Body Spirit Network and Red Bird House where she consults for the wellness industry, hosts events and guides transformational retreats for women.
