Join us for Mind Body Spirit Camp and step into a weekend designed to reconnect you with joy, curiosity, and the simple magic of being fully present. Mind Body Spirit Camp returns for its third year, inviting you to rediscover the freedom of summer camp—this time with a soulful, grown‑up twist.

Our weekend retreat is set in the peaceful beauty of the Southern Catskills and blends our favorite elements of camp like nature walks, campfires, and creativity, with self-care. We’ll share a vision and values workshop, a guided mindful wander , a restful sound bath, a joyful yoga flow plus nourishing meals, starlit hot tub soaks and more! Through meaningful connection, wellness experiences, and guided reflection, you’ll cultivate adventure, joy, playfulness and connection.

Our weekend will be filled with movement, sound, art, wellness activities, coaching, deep connection, reflection, rest and fun!

Curated by Red Bird House founders, Sallie Fraenkel and Wendy Bosalavage, the retreat will also include special guests who will guide transformative experiences. Join us this June for Mind Body Spirit Camp, a women’s wellness retreat where we celebrate the spirit of adventure, the joy of play and the power of connection.

Kind words from our retreat guests

“Wow, what a great retreat.  It begins when you approach the Red Bird House in the bucolic Bethel Woods – instant exhale and anticipation of a memorable and meaningful experience.  The 3 days were perfectly paced with unique and profound experiences (such as a tarot card group lesson, drumming with ‘belly dancing’, a sensory awareness experience and more) coupled with abundant and incredible locally farmed meals prepared by a private chef.  And enough personal time so you never feel rushed.  Each activity was well planned and managed by Wendy and Sallie – so much heart and care went into every moment.  Will definitely go again.  You should too!!!”
